Jay Porter is the owner of JPAC Construction. A Marine Corps Veteran of 9 years of active-duty service, and graduate of California State University Fresno's Construction Management Program, Lyles College of Engineering. Prior to founding JPAC Construction he worked as both a superintendent and engineer for a large and small construction company where he was responsible for all phases of construction. He also has experience as a carpenter, drywaller, laborer, painter and electrician. With over 20 years of experience as a craftsman, engineer, superintendent and owner there aren't many areas of construction Jay isn't familiar with.
Jay is experienced in OSHPD, USACE, VA, new construction (commercial, residential), tenant improvement (commercial), remodel (residential).

JPAC Construction is a Veteran Owned company founded in 2014 on a foundation of faith, family and a desire to provide costumers individualized service. We are Based out of Ocala Florida. In our ten year history we have done residential remodel and new construction, as well as commercial tenant improvement work. We have installed new football bleachers for a high school football team. Managed the water remediation, and repairs of a wing of four flours at a dorm at the University of Merced during Winter Semester breaker. Completed multiple tenet improvement projects for the California Highway Patrol, including a complete kitchen renovation upgrade. Completed multiple projects for the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans), Including a complete bathroom remodel.
JPAC Construction's first job was installing new flooring and home improvements for a disabled Marine Veteran (double purple heart recipient). The Foth Farms extension and remodel was a residential project which involved adding 370 square feet to the established building as well as a full kitchen and multiple bathroom remodels, and lighting, fire alarm, fans, door and door hardware upgrades. JPAC ventured back into commercial work with Osso Good Bone Broths by building USDA Inspector's office within their preexisting facility.
With a background in working for both a large and smaller construction company, JPAC's owner Jay Porter has acquired a wealth of experience as an engineer and Superintendent working on OSHPD projects (Kaweah Delta North Tower, Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital), USACE (Fort Hunter Liggett Machine Gun Range, Demolition Range), DGS Jobs (Fresno Veterans' Home), Commercial Tenant improvements (OccuMed Office, Valley Health Team Clinic, Kerman, Fresno State Viticulture and Enology Lab).
As a company built on a foundation of faith, JPAC construction gives back a minimum of 10% of all profits to various charities and community projects (Sameritan's Purse - Operation Christmas Child, Happy Trails Riding Academy, Marine Corps Toys for Tots).
