JPAC Construction LLC is a licensed and insured general contractor for the state of Florida #GCG15338877. JPAC Construction is a full-service general construction contractor for both commercial and residential projects. We are built on the foundation of faith, family and integrity, with our principles being firmly rooted in our strong leadership, commitment to excellence and a desire to provide individualized service to our customers. We believe construction is more than just building structures but also about building relationships. We believe that we are all on the same team working to achieve the same goal, from the owner to us here at JPAC, to our subcontractors - it's our job at JPAC to make the vision of the owner come to life. We are dedicated, experienced and have a hands-on approach to making sure that vision comes to fruition.
We have high expectations and work hard to make those expectations reality. We have proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Through pre-planning, we scrutinize the project to help find cost saving and limit cost increases along the way. We establish early and open communication with all subcontractors to begin a dialog with them to work out any potential problems at the beginning to limit or eliminate any surprises for our clients.
Our greatest asset is our versatility, being experienced in so many different types of construction projects from hospitals, machine gun ranges to home remodels and football bleachers. There aren't many types of construction projects we haven't had experience in.

Our history
JPAC Construction is a Veteran Owned company founded in 2014 in Madera, California, on a foundation of faith, family and a desire to provide customers individualized service. Looking for better opportunity for our family, we have relocated to the great state of Florida. We are now based in Marion County, in the city of Ocala. In our ten-year history, we have done residential remodels and new construction, as well as commercial tenant improvement work. From our humble beginnings of our first job installing new flooring and home improvements for a disabled Marine Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom to the installation of new football visitor stadium bleachers for a high school football team. We have also erected a walkway canopy at the VA Hospital in Mather, California. JPAC Construction always enjoys every opportunity we get to serve our veterans. We've managed the water remediation, and repairs of a wing over four flours at a dorm at the University of Merced during the winter semester break. JPAC ventured back into commercial work with Osso Good Bone Broths by building USDA Inspector's office within their preexisting facility. In addition, we completed multiple tenet improvement projects for the California Highway Patrol, including a complete kitchen renovation upgrade. Similarly, we have completed multiple projects for the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans), including a complete bathroom remodel. JPAC Construction has also transformed two houses very extensive top to bottom remodels, one with a large square foot addition. The Foth Farms extension and remodel was a residential project which involved adding 370 square feet to the established building as well as a full kitchen and multiple bathroom remodels, and included lighting, fire alarms, fans, doors and door hardware upgrades. The Harrison House was a process of bringing a house built in the 1960s up to modern code, with bathrooms transformed with new showers, toilets and sinks, as well as the upgrading the kitchen with more modern appliances, new carpets and flooring throughout the home, can lights installed in every room for more modern lighting, as well as fans and modern lighting, new cabinets in the laundry room for more storage and new paint to brighten the house throughout.
As a company built on a foundation of faith, JPAC Construction gives back a minimum of 10% of all profits to various charities and community projects (Samaritan's Purse - Operation Christmas Child, Happy Trails Riding Academy, Marine Corps Toys for Tots).
