Jay is the President and Founder of JPAC Construction. He is a nine-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. A graduate of California State University of Fresno State with a Degree in Construction Management from the Lyles College of Engineering. Jay is responsible for all phases of construction from managing the job, to estimating and supervising all phases of the work on the site. He also has experience as a carpenter, drywaller, laborer, painter and electrician.
Prior to founding JPAC Construction he worked for both a large and a small construction company acquiring a wealth of experience and knowledge as an engineer and Superintendent working on OSHPD projects (Kaweah Delta North Tower, Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital), USACE (Fort Hunter Liggett Machine Gun Range, Demolition Range), DGS Jobs (Fresno Veterans' Home), Commercial Tenant improvements (OccuMed Office, Valley Health Team Clinic, Kerman, Fresno State Viticulture and Enology Lab).
Jay is experienced in OSHPD, USACE, VA, new construction (commercial, residential), tenant improvement (commercial), remodel (residential). With over 20 years of experience as a craftsman, engineer, superintendent and owner there aren't many areas of construction Jay isn't familiar with.
Jay believes construction is more than just about building a structure, but about building relationships as well. Jay's philosophy is that anything done should be first about honoring God, if it doesn't do that then it's probably not worth doing. As a husband, father, veteran and man of faith, he values your project as much as you do.
